We were a group of four who stopped in on a Saturday night. We arrived at 6:25 and were promptly told they were closing at 7:00 (menu says they close at 9:00!) and that we could still order takeout. We said no thank you and proceeded to walk out before a nice lady said they will serve us.

I ordered mutton biriyani over phone and went to pick up. Food was hot and taste was great. It reminded me taste of Kolkata biriyani with potato. This is best biriyani I had so far in this area. Mutton was a little less tender else I would have given a 5 star.

This is by far the best Biryani in LA. Everywhere else in town make Biryani by mixing everything together before they serve which is basically Chinese fried rice not biryani. This place give you home made Biryani which comes in diffrent layers of rice.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They don’t serve fresh food. Chicken had such a bad smell to it (smelled like microwaved food). Husband & wife/owners are rude as hell! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I adore this humble restaurant. I have spent a good deal of time in Northern Indian on the border of Pakistan, and the food int his restaurant is delicious and authentic. I have had the goat biryani and lunch special (which is a combination of chicken prepared three ways and biryani). The biryani rice is perfect. Moist and fluffy. The meat falls off the bone. Just the right amount. The lunch special came with a chana, which was the most buttery chana I have ever tasted. And, I love the owner. He takes a moment to warm up to you, but he is actually very welcoming.
