The price is good, portion size is great! But flavor isn’t there. The consome Is bland, salsa isn’t spicy, and some of the meat is too salty. This is just my opinion. Overall I wouldn’t go back sorry

The cheese tacos are good, but don’t waste your money on the consume to try and dip these. The consume isn’t nearly as flavourful as other places I visited (though they were in Portland). Not sure if there is anything better available in Bellingham. The staff were quite friendly, and service was quick.

Cool plays on popular non-Mexican dishes. The servings are generous and tasty. The crowd favorite is the taco pizza. It’s stuffed with meat! Informal, casual interior. Good service to the table and decent prices for the size of the servings. Hits the spot after riding Galbraith!

You know those restaurants that are sleeper restaurants, like you find them and are like where have you been all my life? Birrieria is one of them, amazing authentic food, and while the tables / atmosphere may look meh to some, it’s food speaks for itself. Bring your appetite and thirst and be ready. To the owner, you need signs on northwest telling more people about this place. I heard of you via word of mouth.

Tried the cheesy tacos with consome on a weekend for lunch and was pleased with how speedy the service was, especially after reading some reviews that reported the opposite. The tacos were bigger than I expected, stuffed generously with filling, and the consome was complex and flavorful. The cheese in the tacos had kinda solidified like maybe they were made ahead and sat for a little bit before being served but everything came out hot and was otherwise fresh. The music was loud and a little much for me but the service was friendly, and the salsa bar was well stocked. All that was missing was a super spicy salsa!

Best tacos I’ve ever had!! The consommé was a bit of an over kill we got a huge container of it for 4 tacos. The Fresca was delicious. Loved the variety of salsas. Staff was friendly and the food came quickly! Can’t wait to come back again.

The food was phenomenal! Fantastic customer service. – Food was authentic, fresh and tasty! So many Agua Fresca flavors to choose from, i went with Strawberry today. – I tried the Quesabirra with ‘The Dip’, it was amazing! (Just a reminder, Quesabirra is a plate that comes with Birria quesadillas and consomé. The cheese tacos and consome is the traditional Birria taco with the dip!, we also ordered Churros (extremely delicious), and we also ordered Birria Ramen, which was awesome and unique, the Ramen meal had a VERY GENEROUS portion of Birria inside! 10/10 worth trying!! FYI: The Meat portioning inside the Cheese tacos are very generous! 2 or 3 was enough for me!

Finally tried this new spot! The food was amazing. You can’t go wrong with a Birria Pizza. The Birria is delicious and we loved the Agua Fresca. They have lots of flavors available. Welcome to Bellingham Birrieria Tijuana. You are going to do amazing here. 10/10 recommend!!
