Located at 1825 9th St, Greeley, CO 80631, United States, and managed by the Fregoso marriage, the business is looking to bring you a full family atmosphere and to give you original Goat and Beef Birria recipes, right from the center of Jalisco, and directly from the grandparents Jorge and Maria. Our main goal is to show you a concept that brings you closer to Mexico. We don’t only sell Birria, but we also offer a great variety of dishes like Quesabirrias, fresh Seafood, prepared drinks, etc, that contain all of the flavors from Jalisco.

So so good! I was worried we’d never find good Mexican food after leaving Texas. This hits the spot. I try something new every visit and I am never disappointed. They have an extensive menu and everything has been delicious! This is a family favorite.

This place is very unassuming. From the outside you think it’s going to be a bad place, but when you walk in the restaurant is decorated very nice. They have a bar that is put together very well, and their service here is very good. We were waited on by several employees and they made sure that we felt like we were at home. The Birria Tacos are really good! They use a good quality meat, and the consumes delicous taste will make you want to order a second round of tacos. Their Menudo here is some of the best I have found in Greeley. They actually clean their tripe and the flavor of the broth is very good. You can tell its an old school recipe. I will definitely be back for more tacos, another big ol bowl of Menudo, and some more great service.

The food was amazing. The wait staff was a little off. We had to ask for things a few times, but one gentleman was trying his best to be on top of everything. He was polite and on top of it as much as he could be. I had the barria tacos, and they were delicious. I’ll definitely be going back, it was worth the wait. Wish I would have taken pictures, the food looked as good as it tasted.
