So happy to welcome Birch and Vine to the neighborhood! The food was delicious and the service was great. Patti was very welcoming and our server Micaela was so sweet! We had the wedge salad, grilled Brussel sprouts, lobster risotto and the blackened salmon. All top notch. Oh and took home the key lime pie! We will be back often with family and friends!

We visited Birch and Vine for the first time last evening. We had a lovely time along with a delicious meal! The owner jumped right in and waited tables with her staff because they were so busy. This speaks volumes to showing how much she cares about her business and customers! She was very kind and we were all impressed with the service and meal!

Arrived at 5:30 on Tuesday, and the dining room was already nearly packed! So early into the summer season and on a weeknight, I should have known this place was going to be spectacular. My party was greeted by Patti, an owner who invited us all into her dining room as if we were guests in her own home. Patti was so warm, bubbly, welcoming, and her and the rest of the staff went above and beyond any level of service I have experienced before. Our server, Miranda, was sweet, attentive, and friendly. All of our cocktails, 3 appetizers, and 6 meals were incredible. Congratulations Patti and staff in creating a bright and gracious atmosphere, I cannot wait to return again soon.

We had a 7:30 pm reservation for 7 people. We arrived 15 minutes early. Upon arrival we were told by the hostess that the table we had reserved, in the main dining room, was not available as the party before us was there over 2 hours and not leaving for another 45 minutes. A table in the waiting room was offered to us. The table in the waiting room was not set or ready for guests. We came to Birch & Vine to dine with the other patrons and for the ambiance. We agreed, with the hostess, to have appetizers and drinks at the solo table in the waiting room until the table we reserved in the main dining room opened up. The appetizers were delivered to the table without plates or silverware. The drinks came out at different times over 10 minutes. After 30 minutes the hostess told us that the option to move into the main dining room was not available (reason unknown). The server did her best under the circumstance (short-staffed). She mentioned that she was the only server in the entire restaurant. We are thankful for her efforts. The Cod main course came out raw and was sent back. There were many failures during this visit. The hostess took no actions to “make it right”. The hostess did not check on us to ensure our visit was a pleasant one. There were multiple opportunities for management to recover from the initial failures. It didn’t seem as though management cared. The restaurant is pricey and did not match the dining experience. Birch & Vine has been open for ~ 1 year and much improvement is needed.

It took a ridiculous amount of time for our dinner to come. We arrived at 7 pm, with a reservation, and still had not gotten our meal by 8:30. Absolutely unacceptable. Yes, we did get our appetizers in a reasonable amount of time. But waited forever for our meal.
