Ive been here a couple times. However today there were some items that I bought that were not prepared as the picture and description showed. We were a bit disappointed….the chamigoma was missing the chamoy. When I asked the lady about i t. She said oh yeah it supposed to have it but didnt make ang effort to chnage it or fix the issue. The sandia loca was also missing cucumber on it. Again when I asked her again, she said they didnt have any but my other item had cucumbers. Also when we first got therw, we were still looking at the menu. The lady didnt like it and once we were ready to order she ignored us for 5 minutes. Grecia was names as our cashier on the receipt, I’m assuming shes the one that helped us. We spent $58+ and I would expect some customer service. I hope the owner can contact me as it seems “he” wasnt there when asked to see him.

The Bionicos are very Good! But there is one particular girl whose customer service is horrible she always in a bad mood doesn’t know how to serve customers. If it wasn’t for the Bionicos being good I would have to stopped going already.

Bought a Bionicos yesterday and noticed It had hair in it, took it back and they remade it and I asked if the cream was extra and she said yes. You would think she would have just given it to me being that they had hair in my stuff. Working around food you should always wear a hair net to avoid situations like that
