The lady at the register attitude was terrible. There were no smiles or greeting. I’ve been there 3 times and it was always the same. I don’t recommend someone who is looking for hospitality not to go there as much money that your spending with her . There should be a very warm welcoming when you enter. But the food was good just not the service

Good ole Soul Food. We had baked and fried chicken, cabbage, green beans, candied yams, butter beans, the & lemonade. Everything was cooked seasoned perfectly. Family friendly atmosphere for lunch 11am-2pm. Fast and friendly staff. Definitely recommend eating at this restaurant. We will go again soon.

I went today for the first time. Everything was delicious! The sweet tea was SWEET. The turkey wings were well seasoned and fall off the bone tender, the oxtails were the best I’ve had in a verrrry long time. Will definitely be returning!

Just passing through Meridian and we randomly picked this place and it was AWESOME! In an out of the way neighborhood in a small building, but the food is delicious. Home-cooked, best collard greens I’ve ever had. Four people each got a totally different meat and 3….and ate every bite of everything!

This restaurant gives the experience of eating at home! The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. Seasoning is just right. While traveling for work this is the only place we ate for a week. Thanks a million Mrs. Binke for feeding us while away from home. It is truly a blessing to be able to eat a meal just like home away from home. Do yourself a favor and try them out. It is located in a low-key place but it is clean and spacious. They are nice, respectable, and a pure pleasure to be in company of such good/great people.
