Bin6South is an intimate Wine Café and Bottle Shop actualized by owner Bren Ankrum and team. The restaurant is led by a handful of Chefs, a few of which gathered experience from the Culinary Institute of America and multiple Michelin Star restaurants, and a few Sommeliers.
The restaurant is a handmade gem built from scratch by the same team that operates it. It houses twelve seats, six of which reside at a community table while the other six are front and center in the kitchen. A handmade wine cellar, home to over two hundred hand selected, global wine labels, is nestled in the corner on display for every diner and customer to see.

Danielle was an amazing host and made our experience enjoyable.. She’s a trained sommelier and wasn’t annoying like other sommelier’s who we’ve dealt with. Good vibe and it’s absolutely worth a visit. We had the bin6 board along with the egg plant appetizer. Good food and sitting at the bar was cool. I was also dressed very casually in a T-shirt and shorts with flip flops and they had no issues. Highly recommend this joint.

Bin6south definitely has high potential, but there’s improvement to be had on the food side. For the price, I was expecting flawless execution on all dishes. The Salmon Crudo and cookie dessert were the two best dishes by far.

One of the best meals I’ve had anywhere in Florida. Great tiny restaurant with only 12 seats total, six at the bar and six at a shared table. Great wine list with reasonable prices. There are very few choices on the menu, but everything was amazing. Highly recommended!

My sister and I had the most wonderful lunch at Bin 6 this past weekend! We loved the small, creative menu of items that were prepared with such attention to detail. The bin board is not to be missed! Everything on it is so flavorful and it was so fun to watch the chef prepare it from our seat at the bar/kitchen area. The lime in the coconut dessert is another must – just for the texture and taste of the coconut merengue alone! I noticed a few reviewers seemed to be surprised by the seating but it clearly says “community table” when you book your reservation. We actually liked the seating as it gave us a chance to see how everything was prepared and briefly chat with the Chef who was so kind, as was all of the staff. They really made us feel like special guests – so much so that we booked our next reservation while we were there at lunch. Can’t wait to come back!

MUST TRY! The food was so good I’m dreaming about it! David the chef along with two other chefs were making the food in front of us as we watched sitting at the bar/kitchen. It’s small romantic and quaint. Definitely and highly recommend experiencing this culinary experience. All around great experience!

Cozy and intimate! The staff is absolutely incredible. You literally feel like you’re having dinner being made for you at a friends house FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. THE FLAVORS ARE 5 star!! Try everything without hesitation. Wine selection is top notch!! Cannot wait to go back. Look up their Sunday supper offering. Can’t wait to try it as well!
