The Truth
I’m giving them a 3.8 because the food was good. Customer service is everything but when I first walked in the young lady looked at me & closed the kitchen door never saying anything. I believe the manager or owner took my order and was good from that point. Store could use an overhaul, I will return to see if changes are made.

I order from them almost every Tuesday. Tuesday Is Their Buy One Get One Free Day. Pizza Is Always Usually Hot And Arrives At A Reasonable Time. They Only Got My Order Wrong Once Outta All The Times I Ordered There But They Do Their Best To Make You Happy One Day They Forgot My Garlic Sauce But Had A Driver Bring Me One Back PS.Im pregnant so I was hurt about my garlic sauce not being there I Also Orders Their Hot Wings Which Have A Good Taste This Tuesday The Bone Was Still Bright Red I Didn’t Know What To Think About That Maybe it needed to cook longer I’m assuming I have got cheese steak and chicken cheese steak from their and they are okay All of these pictures come from Tuesdays the last few Weeks

The manager in the evenings is a very rude person. Up until this point I spent a lot of money with this establishment. My order was 1hr 18 minutes. When I spoke to her about my displeasure she was rude an argumentative. I ordered twice a week until this point or at least once a week for over a year. Very disappointed.

I ordered via Grubhub but still no excuse!You leave notes on how you want your food and it is not followed like what’s the point! Now me and my wife are picking out our food cause directions was not followed! What if we were allergic to the things we said no too! Can someone say lawsuit! First time ordering here and I dont think I will order here again! First impression is everything!

Pizza was outstanding as always. This is the only place that my relative looks forward to getting pizza from everytime they visit for a few days. We like them so much that we order one just about every other day. Not only is the food great but the staff is by far the kindest & nicest group of people I have had the pleasure of meeting since moving here 2yrs ago. The lady who’s name is Malinda always makes you feel like a VIP Customer & goes above and beyond to run this establishment with nothing but love & pride. You can see how dedicated she is to her job & just how much each and every customer who walks through the door or calls in an order means to her. You immediately feel like you’re in the company of friends. In my opinion I feel that her kindness, dedication & manorism has truly played a big part in making Billy’s the kind of place that anyone would want to come back to time and time again. Just like she did for me & my visitors. The food & staff is just that good so without hesitation I am giving “Billy’s Pizza & Wings” the 5 stars they most definitely deserve. If I could rate them higher I would!!
