Absolutely the worst baked potato I’ve ever had. For $12 I expect more from a restaurant. Potato was saturated in butter as well as the turkey on top. NO CHEESE on a baked potato? Who does that? I called the restaurant and the guy said he forgot the cheese. Unacceptable.

First time visiting OKC, so I had to visit this place. Portions are decent, price is reasonable and the staff was helpful. I liked their mild sauce. I had the pulled pork , shredded brisket, corn on the cob, green beans and baked beans. I must admit that the pork and brisket portions were meaty, baked beans had a little zing to them but the green beans were a bit bland. If I were every to visit OKC again, this may be one of the places I get takeout from for the hotel. A few pictures of Billy SIms decorate the walls. This location made me think of “Bros. BBQ” in the film Friday After Next LOL.

The BBQ has always been great everytime we have been here. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It is more of an self order and sit place (no wait staff) but they do keep everything very clean which is nice.

Good Bless Billy Sims. Every Sooner fan loves him and his restaurant lives up to the legacy. If you want a mouthful of a sandwich try the Heisman. It’s loaded with the good stuff: smoked bologna, a hot link and your choice of either chopped brisket or pulled pork. I chose the brisket and I recommend it. It’s good enough that you don’t need to add sauce. The sauces are all good to me. The staff here was awesome, very pleasant. Another plus, it’s not overpriced! Check it out if you get the chance.

This restaurant is ALWAYS consistently awesome! Their BBQ pork, roasted chicken, roasted turkey, and ribs are NEVER a disappointment. Their sides are always on point and they are some of the nicest people to order from! Will continue to come back everytime we are in OKC!!

It may not look like much from the torn benches. But the food is delicious. I had the 4 fib platter for dinner. Meaty and not over smoked. The barbecue beans are not overly sweet, the coleslaw is just right. This is coming from a kansas city transplant

Out here in OKC on a business trip. I decided to walk in here and check it out. 2 guys at the counter were very nice. Made me feel welcomed in their restaurant. Food was good. Hard to find good BBQ but this place was great.

I gave 4 stars only because I want ribtips, if I could give 4 1/2 I would. First time trying Billy Sims I read All the reviews and there are like 2-3 people who said it wasn’t good and around the same said the portions were small and a bit pricey. However this Chicago Foodie begs to differ. I have tried it All, Carolina, Memphis, Texas style bbq so I Overstand that someone who does not know the difference between the styles thereof. This BBQ is Smoked and the ribs were nice n meaty and I had a nice sized baked potato it’s just about two portions in size. The BBQ sauces were good also I had sweet n mild and hickory as well. For the folks that say It’s pricey,,,,,,, It’s BBQ….. If You can get two meals for the price of one of Billy Sims meals I’m willing to bet that it’s greasy, fatty and not so tender THE EXACT TOTAL OPPOSITE OF Billy Sims. I EATS,,,, And I could only finish 3 bones if You’d got it from Chillis, Teaxas Road house or any of those type chains You will realize that one of Billy Sims bones is equivalent to the others half slab. No exaggeration. Nice job guys, I’ll visit again before I go back to Chicago. Look how clean the bone is. SINCE my First review of Billy Sims I have ordered three more times But it’s THAT GOOD.
