Me an my son eat here weekly but that may change. After we waited 10 minutes to order, the short guy making the food informed me their out of potatoes an brisket, so we change our order, order food, then he asks if it’s for here or to go, I said for here, Then he informed me they would be closing in 15 minutes so we would have to hurry. I canceled and me an my son went to Applebee’s and they got my money instead. Normally Billy Sims is really good on customer service but the guy tonight, I’ll never eat there if he’s working.

Very friendly staff wonderful atmosphere kid friendly. Excellent customer service I love the decor feels like I’m right at home. The game on the TV is the right volume not too distracting if you want to watch it you can if you don’t you can ignore it. All the customers seem very friendly I love all OU the paraphernalia. Fairly priced I really would like to try their desserts but I got to pull off my baked potato which was awesome the best I’ve ever had in a while. It was well loaded the tea is wonderful a great place highly recommend this place bring the whole family.

Today was a sad day here. The manager on duty on father’s day has the worst attitude in the world. He claims he is the owners cousin. He is refusing to give me his name. I would love to talk to the actual owner about this. This place usually has some really nice people in here. But today makes me want to never come back.

Food was, at best, mediocre. Frankly it felt like we were eating in a college lunchroom. Waitstaff was courteous but not an experience I would like to repeat. Disappointed

This Billy Sims BBQ has the best owner ever. She is super friendly. She will go out of her way to make sure you get the best food and service possible. The last time I tried to order on-line, but something happened and she did not get my order. I knew something didn’t seem right when I didn’t get a conformation email, but my CC showed a charge, so I thought is was OK. She tried to find my order, but it wasn’t there. She gave me a great deal and later I found that I had been charged and then credited. Don’t know what happened, but she made is all good. This is not my visit to the Mustang Billy Sims BBQ. We use them often for our parties and we love the fast, friendly service and great food. We get lots of compliments on their BBQ. Thank you, Terrie

The ribs, mac and cheese, baked beans, and the banana wafer Stacker was the best part of the meal. The Texas Toast was cold, soggy, overcooked, and only grilled on one side and the chicken, well it had no taste to it, it was bland.

I went in for just a regular loaded potato. During the time of waiting I had asked for it to be all separate since I was traveling and the woman that was working that day immediately added stuff to the potato itself. It wouldn’t have been a big deal since she remade it but whenever I got it home there was no bbq sauce, none of the extra things like pickle/pepper and the potato was raw. I feel like everything could have been avoided if she had paid attention to her customer instead of only speaking only with her coworker. The guy that worked was awesome but the woman kind of ruined my entire experience. She acknowledged me one time and that was it. I don’t plan on ever visiting again. Prices are high and quality is low. No real butter, just margarine, no bacon for a loaded potato and everything is just not great at all. Also, green onions are not chives!!! They’re green onions or scallions. Stop asking if you want chives if it’s not chives! (Edit), looking through other reviews and I kind of hate how they respond to people. Its passive aggressive which just means they don’t really care. If you’re the owner reading this, don’t reply because I don’t care to see it.
