I have eaten at Bikky Sims many times thru the years and have always enjoyed the ribs. However today I placed a order for a full slab rib dinner. As you can tell by pic there is no way this is a full slab. The ribs were not fresh at all. Very tough and not the usual. It’s almost like they were old and had been reheated. Not sure just not what I expected for almost 35.00 dollars

I worked in Edmond a few years ago and loved it! GREAT news! I visited last Sunday for lunch and it is still delicious! Friendly staff too! I had the chopped brisket sandwich with baked potato salad. It is a generous amount of brisket!

We always like Billy Sims food and were not disappointed with it this time. HOWEVER, the bald guy working on 7/5 in the evening, was less than pleasant. Rushed us when picking our side items and when trying to decide on dessert (no one else was in line at the time) and just overall was not very friendly!

For the most part, I do really like Billy Sims barbecue despite that whole connection to OU. I do like the Heisman sandwich with either pulled pork or chopped brisket with sausage and bologna. Macaroni is also delicious. Overall food was great. Service wasn’t bad but not good either. It’s like they had several people that knew their job but not how to work together. One customer came back 3 times for missed items while our food just sat there and didn’t get moved along.

I just spent 31 bucks on the worst BBQ I’ve ever eaten in my life. Maybe it’s because it’s the Fourth of July and the cooks are mad not to get the day off but I’m super mad at throwing my money in the trash because of grisly brisket, tasteless dry chicken and a tasteless pale rib. Sorely disappointed and will not return.

Overall pretty good. Baked beans were good, coleslaw was, ok. Loaded baked potato was large, with the ingredients on the side. Which allowed for combining as you eat. Would of been a 5 star if there was just a bit more pulled pork. Also $17 for a potato and 2 sides. I’m still hungry.
