Pretty good for a chain, I got the ribs, hot links, and brisket (sliced). The ribs were really good, have had much worse from non-chains and would get again. The hot links were OK, would have preferred them to be spicier but they had flavor. The brisket was just OK but I think it can vary depending on the luck of the draw with the slab… I got a couple of slices that had a nice amount of fat and crust but other parts were dry. Of the sides, I got the mac and cheese which was nothing special. The baked beans were pretty good although maybe a little bit sweet for my tastes. Service was great, folks were friendly and quick.

BBQ is good but I am not going back. I never get what is pictured on the 2 to 3 meat Combo plate. I can spend $15 and still be hungry. They have one bathroom and I refuse to use a bathroom that men use too. So, hasta la vista.

I’m still in a food coma while typing this. Phenominal ribs! Easily some of the best I’ve had. Everything they do, they do well. Nothing seemed like an “afterthought.” What a gem of a place!!
