I LOVE BILLY SIMS BBQ!!! Everything is delicious, the tripe 20 is my favorite. Pro tip- get the coleslaw on the side, then you can add a touch of BBQ sauce. Well worth the trip. I go all the time.

I came here, excited to try a new restaurant. The food was okay but I just could not stomach the loaded potato salad. I went up to a manager (Linda I believe) and asked if I could switch it out for a Mac and cheese. She was very rude about it. Instead of making a scene there I decided to leave and just call to tell her that her customer service was not great and that I’m actually in the restaurant industry and I would NEVER, EVER treat a customer like that. She said she didn’t care who I was and hung up on me. Yes, the potato salad was wasted but now you have a customer who will never come back and will definitely tell other people not to come (causing you to lose more business in the long run). As a manager you should know to never treat a customer in such a disrespectful way. I didn’t come in to simply waste food. I came in to eat something delicious. I sat at my table debating if I should even ask but I decided that if I’m going to pay 18.00 I should just ask to switch it out. And to be honest…I would have been completely satisfied with a friendly “I’m sorry, we can’t switch that out for you”. But hey Linda, what you give out will just come back to you. Have a good day.

I don’t get to go too often but when I do o always receive excellent service. Tanya (the lady that works the front) is always smiling and pleasant. She makes it her business to remember her regulars. She even remembered my order and had it ready for me by the time I walked up to the counter while I was on an important call. The food is great and you get a lot for the money. It’s definitely worth it.

My Son had chicken + pulled pork sliders which were good. Chicken a little dry – but the variety of sauces helped that. I had 1/4 of sausage 1/4 of brisket and was happy. Service was a little slow for there being no one in the place. But I’d come back again

I went for lunch and then I order the MVP pack and took it to my mom and dad’s house for mother’s Day. My mom didn’t have to cook and everybody loves the food it was very good. Some of us can’t do too much sugar but the sauces are really good so we still had a little bit.
