Watched reviews online about billy goat but not this particular place but either way we tried it. We ordered a double cheeseburger with tomatoes and lettuce and total disappointment. They used a cheap bun and the cheeseburger didn’t taste good. Should have gone to portillo’s instead.

Taste is poor, mixed greens salad has no mixed greens in it only iceberg lettuce, added patty which was pretty small and tasteless. Soup too salty and the vegetables aren’t done cooking. Unfortunately bad experience :(((

I will start off with saying the food was ok. I travel quite a bit and have gone to the tavern at Ohare, 100 times better. The area was messy, but it is the mall. The service was below average. It was very poor. I plan contact Billy Goat Corporate to discuss this experience. The order was wrong, would not fix, and other customers had similar experiences. DO NOT GO HERE. Try their other locations but stay away until issues fixed.

I will start off with saying the food was ok. The area is nice. The service however is rather horrible. The was two ladies working behind the counter. The one with the colored hair was good, the other was not. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The experience was bad enough that I am going to send an email to them after I am done with this review. The order was wrong and she first blamed me then blamed another customer for them not fixing the order. We didn’t even get what we ordered in the end. Just a horrible experience.

Today I went to Yorktown mall my daughter wanted a grilled chicken sandwich we saw billy goats in the doorway there was a young man the cook digging in his nose nasty then I told my daughter we’re not eating their that’s nasty for you to be a cook and you’re digging in your nose right in the doorway nasty. My daughter loves their chicken sandwiches but as of today we would never go back to the Yorktown mall Billy goats no Way.

I’ve never been to Billy Goat Tavern, but have heard about it prior. This being my first experience at Yorktown, I was not impressed. The cheeseburger I got was extremely thin and tasteless even with cheese and ketchup on it. The patties at other fast food places are thicker and have more flavor than what I ate. The bun was definitely too large for the thin patty. Not sure i will be coming back here again.

I ordered the double cheeseburger combo which included fries and a drink. The meat tasted terrible and the bun wasn’t good either. This is the 2nd time this happened to me at this location. The fries were good but who wants to pay what amounts to $10 for fries and a small drink. Don’t recommend.

Ate here today after shopping around and the food was terrible. Just got home and my stomach is uneasy. Burgers where thin and tasteless~odd coloring too, beef sandwhich tasted sweet (no peppers) an no seasoning what so ever, and frys where gross too. When eating the french fries we looked at eachother and thought they tasted fishy? Then came to the conclusion it tasted mildly like we where eating fish sticks? Don’t know if they sell fish here (i don’t believe so?) but not a pleasant taste when eating a fried potato. Service was great and staff where very friendly but will not be returning because the food horrible.

I was very heavily disappointed. Being that I have experienced the Billy Goat Tavern on Michigan Ave I was expecting same quality food. Wow was I wrong. First off I stood in front of the ordering counter for about a minute and a half while the woman that was supposed to be taking my order was texting. Then she acted as if she was doing me a favor for being there. I decided to look past that as I was excited about the food. I ordered a burger with cheese, fries and a drink. Now I’m super excited as I’m about to bask in the glory of a billy goat racer burger. Then the food comes out. The bun looked good and hefty then I opened my burger to apply the condiments and topings. Then my heart sunk! The patty was about a quarter inch thick and burned on the edges. But wait, maybe it will still be delicious. I sit down and dive my salivating mouth onto this burger. I couldn’t believe it. It rated as if they found the patties at A Dollar General and Spongbob overdid the meat again. I mean COME ON!! Ok. Maybe I’m expecting too much from a mall joint but then again if you are serving something that is entirely different from what your other locations serve perhaps you should have a different name not to give people false hope. I will not be eating there ever again and will steer everyone away from that place. -5 Stars as they failed to deliver a pleasant experience in all aspects.
