It is famous throughout the El Paso area for its custom-cut steaks cooked just the way you like them.
The steaks can be custom cut to the desired thickness or you can choose a juicy pre-cut steak for your meal. Billy Crews has a great variety on their menu including Rocky Mountain Oysters, Veal Chop and Lamb Loin. Their 20oz. Australian Lobster Tails and Alaskan King Crab Legs make a deliciously hearty surf and turf plate. Billy Crews’ wine list features over 3,500 of the finest wines and has been a Wine Spectator Grand Award winner since 1986. Went here for my moms birthday based on the wine selection reviews and they did not disappoint. Huge selection of great wines and fully stocked bar. Food was fantastic too from appetizers to dessert. Waiting staff was phenomenal as well

Well we made a reservation but it was not recorded. We love to have a good steak so planned a trip to Bill Crews. It was a bit disappointing. Service was a bit slow yet the dining area was not even at a forth full. Not quite up to the standards that it had in the past. For the price, we tend to expect a bit more. Maybe because we are not wine people but steak enthusiasts we felt it wasn’t up to a standard we expected. With Saltgrass, Roadhouse and now a Chop House coming soon, Billy Crews needs to step up.

Not sure how this place makes it. Restaurant looked super empty. Went to the lounge. Not a fan at all. Looks like it’s straight out of 1980, probably the last time it was updated. Service was so awful. It was apparent who the server/bartender knew and served. If they don’t know you its like you offend them to order anything. The blonde server is super rude and is useless. This place should be making so much money, but it looks like they are letting the workers take over. Needs some serious management help! Ordered the steak platter. Nothing to right home about.

Went there for a birthday celebration 2.24.23. We called and made reservations for a group of 15. Apparently Chris, from the package liquor side did not inform the bar that we were coming for lunch. The female waitress was overwhelmed and told us she could not accommodate us because there was no kitchen staff or food for that size group, which doesn’t make any sense to me, especially if they are advertising on FB that they are open for lunch. We gathered up the empty tables and made the seating room for ourselves. The female waitress did not come to over for at least 20 minutes. We decided to write down our food and drink orders ourselves. Finally, she came over and we handed her all the orders. It took her another 20 mins to get us our drinks. We went up to the bar and got our own drinks. The place was not clean. The bathrooms, especially for a fine dining restaurant, were disgusting. The food was great, as always. We made the best of it, but will not be back for lunch. Find another place for lunch and forget about Billy Crews. You will be sorely disappointed.

Went for dinner and ordered a New York strip with a double baked potato. The steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. The baked potato with sour cream was delicious too.
