Not impressive. Got the chef salad. Was not fresh, a little of the lettuce was wilted and the the clump of rolled up ham and cheese was melded together and was not appetizing.

It’s the 4th of July here in Newton and Bill’s Pizza is one of a tiny handful of eateries open around here. Parag and his team are doing a fantastic job providing service to the steady stream of customers. My family ate outside in the cooler evening air. Parag’s team member brought our food out to us despite being so busy. Kudos to the original Bill’s Pizza!!!!

I come here often to get pizza. The pizza had mold on crust and burnt… extremely greasy too. Bill pizzeria place is listed as $$ but serves burnt, moldy, greasy and effortless pizza… be careful when you eat, and take a closer look… specs of mold …

Service was okay. The restaurant wasn’t busy but we were given menus and told to read the menus outside of the restaurant. Ordered a wrap and it was quite dry. There was supposed to be a peanut sauce but there was barely any in the wrap. It tasted like eating lettuce in a tortilla with chicken. Waited a long time for another sandwich. I’m pretty sure they forgot to make it until they were wondering why we were still waiting. Sandwich and wrap options come with a pickle and bag of chips. A positive is that the pickle spear was fresh and crisp. Otherwise this experience was a disappointment.

Food was delicious especially the cookies and wings. Pizza was just right. Though the cashier definitely seemed bothered. I kept saying thank you hoping she would switch it up but no she was rude. We were the only ones and we didn’t bother to ask for plates since it seemed like a bother. Next time we’re going to do pick up. Cute place though.

I’ve been ordering from Bill’s for about 25 years! Obviously I used to love it but it has fallen off SIGNIFICANTLY in the last 1-2 years. The amount of meat and quality of meat you get on subs varies wildly. The amount of condiments they put on your sub varies wildly. They often get orders wrong which is a pain if you ordered delivery. Also apart from one guy who sometimes takes delivery calls and is very good the customer service is very bad. The worst part though is the meat quality. Half the time I order a roast beef sub these days the meat is like… not at all edible… its truly atrocious. I have to throw away half my sub. And I am NOT picky. I no longer would recommend Bills. Its sad.
