This restaurant mainly serves Vietnamese cuisine. The price is reasonable. The staff is friendly, hospitable, and attentive to your orders. You can play billiards nearby, but you must be at least 21 to enter the play area. The area is a bit complicated since I have seen many police coming to this place a lot. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone

Ive been wanting to go here for some authentic Vietnamese food, and was not disappointed. Pretty much everyone in the place was Vietnamese, which is always a good sign. Staff was friendly and interior was nice (outside is a little sketchy). Everything was good and there is plenty to try!

Chicken wings is delicious comparing to other Vitnamese restaurants. Rice plate and pho are good.

Some of the best Pho ever! Also the Bahn mi and egg roles were delicious. I WILL be back! This is my boyfriend’s favorite Pho place and now I know why! The service was excellent as well, it was taking a little longer for some reason to get our pho and she brought out a Thai tea on the house. Super sweet! Great food, service and atmosphere.

Great food. Good prices. Good portions. Easy phone order and in-store pickup. We like the Banh Mi sandwiches, pho beef combo, oxtail pho, and bun rice vermicelli noodles.

THE BEST. Billiard Hoang is the best combination of flavor, value, atmosphere, and convenience among many solid Vietnamese options in the Rainier Valley. We live a couple blocks away and have been ordering takeout 2-3x monthly for the last two years and dine in occasionally (great place to watch Seahawks games with a bucket of beer).

the food here is 100% authentic! For many ppl I’m sure that this is the placewould expect to find good food the least. But please not let the first impression when you step into the place fools you. Even I have read all good comments about this place but I didn’t have a good impression when I first stepped into the place. Typical billiard store as many places in Vietnam and you would never expect good food from such places. But I was totally wrong. OMG, their food is a bomb for me. I had the Bun mang vit ( duck noodles with bamboo shoots) and my partner had two different types of banh mi: grilled pork ( thit nuong) and a mix of cold cuts ( banh mi thit). yeah he wanted the second one since the first one was extremely amazing). My first spoon of the duck soup was “OMG, this is exactly what I had in Saigon” the ginger fish sauce is a must for this fish and this place made iy just right. Perfectly ginger fish sauce for the dish. The moment you dip the duck meat or the salad in the sauce and then put it in your mouth. I felt like I was in heaven. I definitely will come back her to try the bun bo hue and com suon ( broken rice). We did play the billiard there also after eating. We wanted the food sit down a bit before being able yo do something else. it’s only 9$ per hour for the game. I was completely satisfied with the food and service there.

The menu says “prices subject to change without notice” – meaning, the proprietor will add a dollar or two in the hopes of not being noticed. Sleazy.

My coworkers in the Rainier Valley and I have recently started branching out of our usual restaurants for lunch. My boss found this place on Yelp, and we decided to check it out. Inside was dimly lit and vaguely smoky, but the servers were pleasant. I ordered the pork and shrimp noodle bowl with eggrolls. It was delicious! (I enjoyed it much more than a similar dish I had at Ba Bar!) I tried a bite of my coworkers shortrib, and it was great too. While a bit out of our lunch comfort zone, I could easily see this place being added into our regular rotation.
