Bill & Sam’s Diner in Wolcott celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020 serving breakfast all day and lunch to many local area customers who frequent this long-standing modest establishment. A painted mural on a main wall shows the Wolcott green with its town hall, monument and bridge running over the Mad River. It also displays the town seal in the center, as do the booths table surfaces where the edges have a good twenty devoted local businesses decals who as sponsors keep their advertisements there for two years.

The waitress was amazing; she had a very playful personality. A sort of southern sarcastic charm that I could only hope to banter with at a local diner. She was a very warm person and thanked us kindly for being there today. Oh, and also the omelette was delicious and well-priced.
