I went with the Crispy Chicken sandwich this go round. The crew was working hard filling drive through and other take out orders. My order was lost I. The mix of the rush. Bill Miller’s is consistent with quality and friendliness. Try their other menu items and get out of your comfort zone. The whole menu is worth the adventure. Quality across the board.

I’ve worked in the food industry before and I understand it can be difficult and over overwhelming, however today I stopped buy today get breakfast before I went to work. I ordered two bean and cheese and two bacon and egg and how do you mess this order up.

Your typical Bill Miller BBQ. Obviously nothing new as it’s Bill Miller. Management here is very personable. I have nothing bad to say about this location. Food is getting too expensive, but great quick BBQ.

Their bean tacos contain pork bacon fats. I wish these restaurants tell their customers what they truly give them to eat. You need to ask or call and find out what these restaurants are cooking with.

Here on business saw there was lot of these so decided to try one close to where I’m working. Worst $10.00 I have spent , chicken was dry , rice looked like mash potatoes, had no structure to it anymore just mush, best part was the fries and soda . You would think a manager would at some point look at the food they are serving, but I guess not.

We stopped to get drinks. We were in line for 10 prior to getting to the window. Then we were told by the rude young girl that we needed to circle back around and get in line because we didn’t properly order. She never turn to even look at us just decide to talk facing the registrar. When we told her all we need was 4 drinks she rolled her eyes and said we needed to leave her window as she “REAL ORDERS” to give customers and we can pull to the front and come inside. My husband asked her if she can speak to her manager bit she insisted to tell him to move. I had to tell her we were not moving unless we spoke to her manager for her to slam the window shut and take another 2 minutes for someone to tell us he would go outside to take our order. This person took another 2 minutes for him to come over to take our drink order. At the end we order 3 Arnold Palmers and a coffee. We got 3 drinks that we could not even drink! I have been living in SA for 7 years and never had such a bad experience at any of there restaurants.

$13 for what’s supposed to be a salad and 1/2 chicken. They “salad” is not even a layer deep.

They tried to serve me a nasty soggy chicken sandwich. Employees don’t care. I asked the employee if he would eat the sandwich he served me and he said no. I have contacted their corp office many times and NEVER get a resolution. This fiasco cost me 1/3 of my lunch break. NEVER AGAIN.
