Usually they are pretty good but tonight they truly were not listening to me on the drive thru at all. First. I ordered 3 wrangler plate they gave me two, then I ordered a bucket of sweet tea, they gave me a lg sweet tea, then I ordered a whole pecan pie, they gave a slice. I guess they were just having an off day and I know they are always super busy but maybe have the order taker repeat your order would solve this dilemma. Oh and also only one plate came with the roll and the presentation of the plates were horrible! They looked liked the bag had been put upside down and when we opened the plates everything was on one side. Maybe that’s the to go plates fault not sure but may want to address that situation with a better tactic on food presentation even if it’s putting things individually in separate containers. One more grip if I order any kind of BBQ plate can it come standard with a small AMT of BBQ sauce on the side. Nothing more unsatisfying than getting home or to work and there’s no BBQ sauce for your meats!! Sorry just venting at this point. Other than that you guys usually do great! Great young folks at the window with smiling personalities.

I paid $37.00 and some change .and I ordered a tea the tea tasted spoiled. I will never eat there again.yall used to have great food I don’t know what happened.

The restaurant and restrooms were incredibly clean however when I dined-in my order was made incorrectly. I took it up to the front to have it remade. The girl in the front was extremely friendly and apologized and told me she would bring it back out to me after it was remade. When the food came out it was cold except for the parts that were incorrect. Instead of remaking the whole plate fresh it seemed as if they left the items that were correct on the plate and only replaced the items that were wrong with fresh items. It was a horrible dining experience to have some items that were hot and good and the rest cold and nasty. I had considered taking the plate back up to the front to have the whole thing remade however I did not want to seem like a “Ken” ( a male equivalent to a Karen)

Unsweetened tea was spoiled. I only recently returned to Bill Miller after two years after repeated visits resulted in spoiled tea….it’s been great for the past month but here we go again. I do not understand why it is so difficult to keep fresh tea! Someone could get seriously ill drinking this.

Don’t be afraid of the long line in the drive thru, it usually goes pretty quick. We eat here quite a bit since we live and work nearby. Seeing the same staff over and over is assurance that it is a nice place to work. If the people are happy, the is good! And the food is GOOOOOD!

Reminded me of what Bill Millers used to be 20 years ago. Friendly, good food, and great attentive service. Made me wished I lived in Floresville.

Came in and ordered my food. There was not a single clean table so we wiped off the cleanest one on our own. When we came in there were two other tables that had people at them yet they were all dirty. Employees were on break even though the place was a mess and needed to be swept. We waited for over 30 minutes yet four other families after us were served. When we asked about our food we were lied to. They stated they were waiting on chicken. When my husband told him they brought chicken out to two other people they just turned and went to the kitchen. When they brought the food to us it was not freshly cooked. My husband ordered a breast and thigh and his thigh was the same size and you could see the breast had been cut in half. My daughter’s chicken tenders were cold. Won’t be returning.

Came in for a togo order right before they closed. The staff provided the best service despite the last minute order which was much appreciated. I even got a free dessert! I got home and despite the drive the food was still hot and fresh. As I have come to realize very recently great/fast service, hot food and and good leaders managing staff is very hard to come by. Nana’s down the street needs to take notes. Hip hip hooray to folks who get it and put the customer first and sets the bar high!

Food was good, but service wasn’t what it usually is. I was also disappointed with the amount of beef in my soup. I LOVE the beef vegetable & usually it’s great, but there was literally one piece of beef in it.

Such a shame me and my boyfriend always love to come to bill miller’s for tacos and we were beyond disappointed today. He drove 20 mins to get us tacos while I stayed back and then when he gets home and we are about to eat we see poorly made tacos. These tacos were slapped together with barely nothing inside.. they weren’t stuffed. These are some sorry looking tacos. We called and he had to drive 20 minutes back to get new tacos. Such a disappointment.. it’s not that hard to put together tacos. Whoever the manager is here needs to make sure their employees are looking at the food before they send it out. The lazy man does the most work..
