I like their menu and the staff is always friendly, but they make their drinks too sweet for me. I usually ask them to go easy on the syrup and skip the whip cream. Once I figured that out, I’ve enjoyed all my coffee from there. I usually stop in twice a week and I continue to do so

I got a vampire creame freeze on 10/13/22 and I couldnt drink it through the straw. I watched the two boys make it and one openly said he made it wrong and didnt even try to remake it. Looked nothing like it was suppose to on the picture by the cash register. One of them complained when i walked in 2 hrs before they closed like I inconvenienced them by coming in. I have never had an issue with this location until today. Was just sad because I was really looking forward to a good drink.

This is a nice store with good people that reflects well of the Biggby chain. It is vastly different that SB. The basic coffees are good with several selections. Their failing is in their specialty drinks that are mostly formulated mixes with a lack of selections. They have donut like pastries and bagels. It’s a good place to hang out for a while with a cheery atmosphere or to pick up your coffee beans to take home.
