6 of us went in and waited 49 minutes for our drinks and food. They bounced around serving other customers while making parts of ours. They finally had to look up our order to get the remaining items. Some of us were done eating long before others in our party were served. First and last visit for us!

If you’re in the area it’s well worth the stop. We went for Dragon’s breath. They use the nitrogen to freeze a liquid mixture to make your milkshake.

I think it’s safe to say that we get most of our coffee from Bigby. We enjoy the coffee, boba drinks, muffins and an occasional sandwich. The staff is friendly and the service is great.

I love the bragels and coffee!! It’s always super delicious. They fill the coffee to the brim (unlike some other coffee places I have experienced). The staff are always nice and helpful. My kids love some of the drinks and they adore the seasonal macarons.
