Had to leave the drive thru line at the order window because we sat there for 20 minutes to be helped to take our order. When we pulled up they said they would be right with is, but then nothing. It wasn’t even busy. One car ahead of us who was gone already. Something is definitely off with this location.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes just to get my order taken. 7 people drove off, pulled up to the window for my bagel and coffee waited an additional 15 minutes for my food and the coffee tasted like water and the guy behind me was cussing though my rear view mirror like don’t blame him. Lobby looked dead. Could have drove a city over and picked up a Starbucks. Terrible business.

We used the drive thru for 1 drink. They asked us to wait and they would be back to order. 10 to 15 minutes later I order. Expecting to see an onslought of cars leaving the drive thru. Nobody. Not sure what I was waiting for… i only saw 3 people working. It would likely have been faster walking inside.

We stopped here on our way out of town to use coupons we received during a parade. Between having multiple coupons and having never been to Biggby before, I had a lot of questions. We probably should have gone to the counter instead of using the drive through, but we had a kid in a carseat and a dog in the car. Amelia answered all of my questions – I don’t know that anyone else would have been as helpful or thorough. She was definitely one of the most joyful people I have ever encountered, and she was ecstatic to give our dog a pup cup 🙂

Service has much to be desired. Are any of these high schoolers trained for anything? One girl literally asked another one, how to put cheese on the bagel! Why can’t 4 girls make 2 bagels under 20 min with only me in line and 1 car in the drivethrough (which sat there the entire time)? I left. Called to get a refund. Manager didn’t know how to. It’s ok not for me apparently. If 4 teenagers can’t figure out how to make a bagel oh dear God… Or for anyone else that’s not retired.

Not sure what is wrong with this location. Maybe the owner refuses to pay enough to keep workers but they’re always understaffed. Wait times are absurd and the quality is hit or miss. Unfortunately it’s the only on in the area so I’m sure the owner still makes enough money to refuse to change their business practices.
