I ordered my drinks at the drive thru, only to get to the window and all I hear is swearing, f this and that person, etc. Got my drinks and they’re wrong I ask to speak to the manager so we can get this corrected, Hope, the manager, tells me the drinks were made correctly and they aren’t going to remake them even though I can taste they’re wrong. I tried to be polite about this situation but I’m calling corporate since this location cannot seem to get it together. Very disappointing

Just came through for a coffee and a bagel and just had an amazing experience with the whole barista crew. Everyone was extremely friendly from the person taking our order to the barista at the window. The coffee was spot on and the bagel had just enough hardness to it to make it perfect. I highly recommend dropping through for a cup of brew.

I come to BIGGBY almost everyday or so this one specifically because it’s close to home and sometimes there’s a few workers and sometimes there’s a lot usually when there’s 5 to 6 workers there’s more talking and standing around . you can see it through The windows and there’s always a line up every time, like why does it take so long when you have that many people But certain baristas like 2 or 3 that I see they are excellent at getting you in an out of there . Doesn’t make sense .
