It’s always something with Biggby.. 85% of the time your order will be wrong and the prices are ever increasing. Most likely because they’re remaking more than half of the orders they get. I’d love it if there was a Starbucks in town. They would wipe the floor with Biggby. I don’t bother tipping anymore because they suck so bad. From what I hear they don’t pay their employees well enough for the insane prices. I’m sure their tips aren’t great either… the service is always so bad. Do better Biggby. You suck.

I’m sure the coffee is up to Biggby’s standards, but the service in drive-thru was terrible… or non-existent. I could see my Latte sitting on the counter, but she was in conversations with others, then decided to take next order while I sat there patiently. Even other employees seemed to look concerned for me… yet did nothing. Hence, due to a scheduled appointment and after about 15 minutes (total) in line, I departed with my morning libation sitting out. Of reach only a few feet away. Both my loss and theirs.

Visited Michigan from Chicago and was recommended to visit biggby coffee. We went there for a drink and breakfast and everything was very good. The people there were super nice even recommended a dinner place which also turned out amazing.

Except for gas stations that is the only quick stop for coffee in the area, looks like it’s always busy but they are moving pretty quickly and coffee is good so that is all I expect from places like this.

Poor location setup where there is a line down the road and slow moving process to get a drink. Due to the flow of traffic it’s easy to get stuck in a drive through line just to go to the walk up window.

Great coffee!!! Wish there was a Biggby’s in my neighborhood. It gets crazy busy in here but the staff is fast and friendly despite the rush. I walked here every morning to get coffee when I was in town. Their bagels and sandwiches are also very good. I highly recommend!!
