The lady with the tattoos that appeared to be a leader? Was working the counter when I was in line. It was clear the woman she was waiting on was family. I waited tell her entire order was completed, and then realized that tattooed lady was leaving. And her family member seem to get alot of value for there money! While I continued to wait, JUST TO ORDER. Then it seemed that the window orders are completely secondary to the drive ups. Ii waited for a good 20 munster just for the order to be completed. I don’t live around here, just vacationing. So, I’ll never have to deal with this place again.

Ordered 2 blast waited 30 minutes to get them the table outside got 3 of their 4 drinks( they were before me) still waiting on 1. 2 cars in the drive thru, I finally got mine after 30 minutes and the one drink that ordered before mine was still waiting. Don’t think I will be going back, I will stay with St.Joe or Benton Harbor

First I love Biggie coffee it’s amazing but the girl was really rude and giving me attitude and I had a coupon for a BOGO and she couldn’t even let me use it because she couldn’t see the whole expire date. Will not be going to this biggie again very unprofessional.

I go here a few times a month and it’s always a good experience. I know it can be slow, but if you think you can do their job better; you’re probably a boomer. Just be nice, and if I tip every time I go, even if it’s just change. A lot of these reviews are mean, but they keep coming back

This was the worst experience I have every had at any big b. I waited 45 mins and was handed my bagels 20 mins into the wait. It’s 35 degrees out and by the time I got to my car to eat it was cold . I’m complained to the ladies and was told well everyone else has been waiting that long. I wanted my tip back and they refused. I am extremely unhappy with my experience.

Love Biggby Coffee and this drive-thru location is great! Was visiting family in the area and was excited to see a new Biggby opened up nearby. Service and quality was great! Glad I don’t have to drive 15 mins to get my Biggby Coffee fix anymore.
