Waited 30 minutes in the drive through and there were only three cars ahead of me. I ordered a peppermint tea. Went inside the other day and waited 20 minutes and we had to remind them we ordered sandwiches. They need some training here!

I ordered 2 butter bears, sorry we don’t have frozen blend? I also ordered 5 pup cups, half cups when everywhere else I go…full. Its whipped cream guys and we spend $7+ on a CUP of coffee. I don’t usually visit this location, won’t be going out of my way to go back 😉 I know it’s bad times so I don’t want to base service in something mgmt could have made a decision
