I love the fact that most times I am able to walk up and order without waiting in a long line like most BIGGBYs. A double espresso makes the food shopping at Tom’s much more enjoyable lol.

In two visits, I experienced two botched attempts in making a simple cup of coffee. ‘Twas as though the barista ruined my coffee so as to see me write a negative review and thus cause her employer to eventually go out of business. Be sure to bypass this place. And for the record, Portland, MI occupies a coffee desert and the people there have no idea how to rate a legit coffee store. In other words, this place is rated way too high. Stop at a Starbucks in Lansing or Grand Rapids or buy a Red Bull at a gas station. Listen to me now and thank me later.

Unable to honor coupons, does not honor the biggby frequency cards (they have their own punch cards), and does not have giftcards for purchase. Stopped at this Biggby for a BOGO coupon and to buy a giftcard and they could do neither. After still ordering 2 lattes I was informed I couldn’t get points either. Will not be returning to this location.

I am traveling across state, made a stop for Biggby coffee. I had a BOGO coupon on my phone. After ordering I was told “We don’t take phone coupons. I’m sorry. We are one of the top stores.” What does that have to do with it? No sale from me or my friend who had never had a Biggby. Bad first experience for her.
