I have not been inside this location so this review is just from the drive thru. DONT DO IT! Unless you have 30 minute to just sit there. Everytime I go it’s at least 30 minutes even if there’s only 1 person in front of you. It’s frustrating. This stop I order a hot coffee and let’s just say it’s not very hot. This was the last straw. Not sure how they have so many good reviews ♀️

Honestly, I have to wonder who is leaving the reviews that they are so amazing. I used to be a huge fan of Biggby, I had their bumper sticker on my car. Now, I do believe this will be my last trip to see them. As many others have mentioned, they seem to have a very hard time getting drinks right and the customer service has gone down tremendously. Now, I do believe these are issues that could be (partially) fixed with a higher staffing ratio as I do feel every time I have been there lately there are only 2 people working and there is no way for them to keep up. Now they have started asking for tips on your card, definitely not ok with that, especially since the service (most of the time) is barely there. Loved you bae but we just aren’t right for each other anymore. Bye

The food was great, but one of the items (German Mocha Latte) was ordered iced, but made hot. Didn’t realize it until I got home, though. My daughter drank it anyway and said it was still good. Unfortunately, the inside was closed because they were short staffed, and the register at the window wasn’t accepting mobile payments, so they had to take my phone to the register at the counter. Overall, it was still a good experience, though.

Customer service is really bad here. I stood there for 5 full minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever. There were two employees giggling about a tattoo while I was standing there. Finally a couple came in and stood behind me. They were immediately greeted with “how can I help you guys?” Then the customer said, “She was here already.” Then the girl employee just looked at me until I started my order. I should have left honestly. But it definitely won’t happen again. I’ll NEVER go back.
