I love Angola BIGGBY, I and a friend would venture over there once a week (or lets be honest many times a week) to get our coffees. we had our orders memorized and already had our exact change counted out. Its nice to have a little place that is filled with memories like that. The girls in there are always nice, but most specifically (and I cannot remember her name right now) the long haired brunette is always very cheerful. When I can BIGGBY is the spot to go! No place in town can beat Wednesday BOGO $1 days!

What an awful establishment, my Friends and Family and I will never return and will dissuade our loved ones from ever trying it. The staff couldn’t seem to get my order or my friend’s order correct. The young man behind the counter completely missed the Donut Holes from my receipt when ordering, even though he repeated it back to me. I thought to myself and said screw it, not worth correcting the young man behind the counter since ordering with him took several minutes of staring at the register not pressing anything and him asking me “huh?” a hundred times because he’s clearly intoxicated.

Wow, Josephine. How rude. My dear husband tried to order me a lovely lady coffee. Not only did you argue with him upon his request, you refused to add any toppings. This entire job requires you helping the customer get what they are looking for. Also make sure the customer is gone before you start making rude comments about them. Absolutely uncalled for.

So many options. It was a little overwhelming with so many options. The staff only made that worse by saying there are so many more options that aren’t on the menu. I ended up going with a hot coffee drink that was recommended to me and an iced caramel latte for my daughter. The hot drink was so sweet that I couldn’t drink it. The caramel latte appeared to be covered in chocolate and had a terrible aftertaste. My daughter didn’t drink that either. Total waste of money for two undrinkable drinks.

I love their coffee and smoothies. The employees are nice and do a great job. However…I went in and paid almost $6 for my drink alone. For the first time since I’ve been coming here, my drink was TERRIBLE. It tasted like I was chewing up potpourri. I was told by, who I assume was the owner bc she came in well dressed and walked behind the counter like she was, that no, they don’t replace drinks. Then proceeds to tell me that if I went to McDonald’s and didn’t like my sandwich they wouldn’t make me another one. I said well at over $10 for two drinks…I want to be able to DRINK mine. I even offered to pay half the cost for a replacement! She told them they could remake it,(“but they won’t be doing it again”) and it was delicious. It is this woman’s behavior alone that they received this poor review, and why we won’t be back. And fyi…my son works at Starbucks…and they do replacements for ppl if they don’t like their product. It gives them a reason to come back after a negative experience. To me…that’s good customer service.
