Generally speaking, I love this place. They make a mean cheesesteak and every person I’ve ever talked to in the store or when ordering has been courteous and pleasant. But then I order a Bigfoot (24″ cheesesteak) for my 3 daughters as well as cheesesteaks for myself and my husband tonight and I didn’t get what I paid for. My kids are all under 10 so to keep it even I whipped out a tape measure so I could cut the bigfoot evenly between them and found that it was 19″. This may not seem like much but it was being split between 3 kids. Those 5″ count y’all lol. So $50 later and my kids are still hungry. I mean, it’s literally named after their establishment. Come on guys! I love your stuff, don’t short me man.

Very good sandwiches. Had a reasonable wait, considering that everything was made fresh to order. Prices were reasonable. I had the 12inch cheese steak with several topings; it was very good and had lots of beef. The Rachel was also very good.

The turkey club sandwich was delicious. I had it on toasted white bread. The sandwich was big enough to share. I will return to this business and I will tell others about it. The service was fast and friendly.

Cheesesteaks and hoagies are much better than bellybuster. DO NOT ever switch to that nasty pepper relish!! I like real peppers on my sandwich. You are now my place to go. Your prices have definitely gone up, if you could do something about that. I’m on a fixed income and I like to indulge one in a while. It will have to be less frequent though.

Pretty good food! We got the cheese steaks and little foot fries. The portions are a lot, we got a small sandwich which was basically a normal size. Thankfully we got the little foot fries instead of big because it would have been too much otherwise. Our food was made to order so we did have to wait a little bit, but it was fine. The lobby doesn’t have an eating area, it’s very clean and organized. The staff was kind and prompt. It would be an easy staple if we lived nearby.
