I’m terrible with names but early every morning when I stop in (4/430am-ish) the girl who’s usually there, greets me and literally knows everything about me. My drink, always asks if I’m having a treat or not and knows the ones I like and has gone as far as remembering my # for rewards. She is amazing and wish more people had customer service like hers!

I challenge anyone who reads this; when you visit this Bigfoot Java location, be and upbeat and kind as you possibly can be. Treat these girls like they were your sisters and friends. Every time I go to this location, everyone seems sad and frustrated or angry. Obviously I don’t know the reasons why, and im not assuming it it because of the customers, but either way, a person who is struggling with anger or sadness needs love and kindness to combat these feelings. Coffee is good.
