Our absolute favorite sandwich place. Michelle does such a great job, all of our kids worked here, teens are still working here – it’s one of the few places that hire and work with teens to develop them. Fresh baked bread, nothing beats it, great sandwiches today, so fresh and tasty. They even gave a treat for my dog! Will come again.

I had a gluten free bun, veggie sandwich add Turkey for lunch from here and oh my word my mouth is still watering! It was absolutely delicious, I loved the gluten free chip options AND rice krispy treat!

This place is great! Good food and even more amazing employees. Came in to get a sandwich and salad to go. They were friendly and provided quick service. But had the opportunity to see an employee help an older lady who needed directions. She was so patient with having to repeat herself, opened the door for the customer and continued directions from outside. You don’t see this type of care for your customers often.

I like the food, but the prices are quite a bit too high. $4.25 for a 20 oz bottled Pepsi? That’s price gouging. 🙁 I can get that literally at any store for less than HALF that price. You can get more, a LOT more, for your money at Subway

Unfortunately I’m going to have to rate them 2 stars. The food, generally, is very good and they have several options ensuring that all people in your party will find something they’ll be happy with. However, the service has taken a complete nosedive here in the past few months. I’m appreciative to the fact that there is a labor shortage, but it *consistantly* taking 45+ to get a sandwich, even during off hours, is simply unacceptable. Perhaps when they get more staffing I’ll return, but for now, they’ve lost a customer.

We called in an order and then said 45 minutes. We knew the kids were starving but agreed. We arrived and they had not started our order. No apology and they said they person who wrote down our order was in the bathroom so they didn’t know what we wanted. The cashier had a terrible attitude. Hopefully the sandwiches will make up for the horrendous service.

Their prices have gotten way expensive and their sandwich selection has gotten smaller, and the sandwiches themselves have seemed to get smaller amounts of ingredients than previous. Hadn’t been there in probably over a year but was very disappointed overall. I know things change but not really what we expected and we probably won’t come back again.

So disappointed. Won’t go back. Was so excited to find out a Big Town was on our route for our road trip. Hadn’t had it for years and it’s my favorite. 2 out of 3 of our sandwiches were made wrong. No apology. My youngest had a kids meal we weren’t given his cup or “treat” and when asked what chips I could choose for him they were rude. So sad. Not even that far from you In Salem but won’t be going back.

The service was quick however I felt it was an off day because they for got a few things and I had to ask for them. My drink and meet on my sandwich that I did order. But it was all tasty and my son enjoyed it after his wrestling match. So the food did its job!!
