This is a hole-in-the-wall spot in a shopping center serving dozens of riffs on the classic cheesesteak. The food here is really decent tasting, and the staff is pretty friendly. However, the presentation could use a lot of work and the atmosphere feels something like a marriage of an unkempt Philadelphia 14-year-old boy’s bedroom and an 80s roller rink concession stand. Not really a place you want to hang out, but not a bad choice for takeout or delivery.

I absolutely love Philly cheesesteaks and I drove quite a ways out to try this. Customer service was great but food was not. I ordered the 8 inch and there was hardly any cheese on the sandwich and meat to bread ratio was off. Way too much bread. Bread didn’t taste fresh, fountain drink Diet Coke was flat and the fries were fried super hard and were mediocre at best.:(

AMAZING cheesesteaks! Big Tony has so many varieties to choose from. The cheesesteak was so hot, fresh, and tender. The fries were also hot n crispy! Keep these particular fries around, they are the best. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is FANTASTIC! The menu also has burgers, seafood, and wings. We’ll be back to try those. They also have a variety of local hot sauces, yum! Great job all around by the entire Big Tony’s staff!

This place is phenomenal. I have been visiting other “popular” cheesesteak places in the DFW area, and they’re delicous, but this one, is over the top delicious!
