Crazy cause I ordered wings… Show up to pick him up and Mykayla never put the order in. Try to tell me that I ordered from a different store. Instead of being accountable. So I pulled out my phone and pushed redial to the number I ordered from. Low and behold it was this store! Ask to speak to the store manager. And she said that the manager wasn’t until the next day. We order from here quite often. We’ll be thinking twice in the future. Because makayla made it very clear that my business wasn’t important. Sincerely ,Hangry customers.

Ordered take out, I ordered classic hot wings and my fiancé got honey bunny. Mine were not what I ordered at all and I didn’t care for whatever signature flavor it was. Considering this is my first time trying this restaurant I probly won’t be coming back for the price. Castle tavern south has better wings for cheaper in my opinion. My fiancé also didn’t quite care hers either. FYI I only post on google when my orders are wrong. So take that with a grain of salt.

Probably the worst Big shot bobs in the Pittsburgh area. If you want any dry rub you have to basically beg them to put more on and they still won’t. The workers are incapable of ringing people out and simple tasks and are extremely disrespectful. You’re better off making the drive to the one in SS.

Dormont BSB has the nicest people working in the kitchen. While I was waiting to pick up a delivery order, we chatted a bit and they gave me free food, a canceled DoorDash order, which was extremely thoughtful of them. And the food was the bomb! The black and gold wings were to die for. And the chicken Philly cheesesteak was the best!

Over 2 hours before my order was delivered on a Monday afternoon; I had to call and see where it was at. When we received the order (2 whole hoagies) the hoagies looked like half hoagies you would order anywhere else. The size (maybe 8 in and that’s being generous) and the poor quality of taste for the price was shocking. When I called to check on the food I was met with a lack of customer service and an unapologetic ‘it’s on its way’. Really disappointed won’t be a return customer and will discourage others from ordering here if asked.
