Grace has repeatedly treated me with such disrespect I am furious. She told me that I as a customer need to specify which type of hot wings i want but I was never asked whether I wanted buffalo or Frank’s. She then hung up on me. I called back she hung on me again. I called a third time she picked up and instantly hung up. She told me with a direct attitude that everytime I order there is an issue. Then hung up. I never had an issue with my food UNTIL GRACE STARTED WORKING THERE. SHE WAS HUNG OVER WEARING SUNGLASSES SMELLING LIKE ALCOHOL. I honestly cannot believe you let an employee like that work there especially with her attitude. I’ve been ordering there for years and are on a first name basis with most of the staff. GRACE is the only one who has ever treated me with such disrespect. She needs fired or atleast reprimanded.

Was told 25 min, when I got there they hadn’t even started making my food yet. Waited another 25 for food to be ready. The young man that delivers the food was very nice though and extremely apologetic.

Went here on a Saturday early afternoon, service was quick and food was great. Some of the best wings I’ve had, fresh right out of the fryer. I got the Uncle Nick’s wing sauce, was a smokey honey barbecue and it was delicious. Fries were the same way. Will be back to try more of their many (many) wing flavors.

4 times I’ve have tried to order food from you. 4 times I have not gotten food from you. Cash only? Who the hell is cash only anymore? Tonight, you answered the phone, only to say you were closed for a gas leak. 1. Why answer the phone if you are closed? 2. Why are there still people there IF there is a gas leak ? I’m done. This place SUCKS!

I don’t get all the hype. Hoagie buns were good, but for the price, the meat and lettuce were lacking. ordered two hoagies each one had 3 little leaves of lettuce. Subway has a much better hoagie for the price. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease, I am willing to bet they don’t clean the fryers as often as they should. They do change the oil, ALMOST every other day though.

The owner of this franchise needs to reconsider their staffing choices. Not one bit of responsibility. Not one bit of care. Not a single concept of time. Good news is that they’ll still charge you full price for dreadful service, so at least we know they have the audacity. Thanks for the ridiculous wait, the messed up order, and the brown lettuce.

First the driver could not find my building. Once I gave directions the driver had me come outside to get my food . I noticed she forgot my drinks , when I called to tell her . And asked her to please bring them to my door she said no but I will leave them on the ground outside your door !!! I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and this was terrible customer service!!! I will never order from here again. I had to stand in the rain and wait for food I had delivered. Thanks for nothing . I actually have my receipt . And it clearly says building 4 apt E downstairs
