We ordered “the works” pizza, Sicilian style as delivery. The pizza came as a regular (which made my wife very sad, as she likes the crispy of Sicilian) but it was still “the world” . Even though the order was wrong, the pizza actually was seasoned extremely well. Probably one of the best tasting pizza I have had in a while. So even though the style was wrong, the actual pizza tasted great. We will order again, just in person to make sure the style is right.

Order was messed up and when I called back to get order fixed. I had to wait close to two hours. I’m still waiting. Place closes in 20 minutes and my food isn’t here. Meanwhile my other food has been sitting for two hours.

NO STARS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE!!Absolute WORST customer service!!!! Thankfully I decided to pick-up my order rather than having it delivered because half of my $115 order was missing!! Had to spend my whole lunch break in the store waiting for the rest of my food to be prepared. They STILL forgot a salad and the woman argued with me on the phone that they wouldn’t correct their mistake by delivering the missing item. Had to ask to speak to a manager. Horrible experience and will NEVER order from here again. Seriously lacking communication and customer service all around!!

I ordered a gourmet pizza and grilled chicken caesar salad. Coming from a family of restaurant owners, I’m not easy to please but everything was very fresh and delicious! The best part about my experience was the service. The young lady on the phone was very nice, knowledgeable about the products and extremely accommodating about a special request that was not on the menu. They delivered in less time than estimated but we were missing something. When I called to let them know, it was no problem to get money back or have them deliver it. They had it at my house quickly, along with some complimentary food for the inconvenience. Who does this? People who really care about their customers!

We have ordered from this place for years and the food and service was always great; everything’s gone downhill in the last few months. We placed an order on Saturday night and received cold nasty food more than an hour and a half later (order placed 6:33 received 8:10) I understand that it is difficult staffing as of late but instead of taking your phone off the hook maybe communicate with your customers. I’d have had no issue picking up our order if I knew that you couldn’t make a delivery at a reasonable time.

I ordered a breakfast pizza and a salad. The pizza came completely black on the bottom tasted horrible. I had to throw it out minus the few dreadful bites I ate. The salad was decent but definitely not the best I’ve ever had. Had to give 1 star because of how rude the employee on the phone was when wanting my pizza replaced for being burnt. They didn’t bring be a new one but after minutes of arguing I got a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Ever since I had my first C-section, I have been craving a nice garlic knot in my stomach. Its poetic, I think, to find a garlic knot that reminds you of how your third born knotted up in your stomach for 9 months (in my case 6). I had gone to four pizza stores before I found the perfect garlic knot. This is the place to go if you miss the days when everything was perfect. When you walk on a train and the people move out the way and give you your seat like the perfect queen you are. I wish more pizza stores put so much detail into their side options. It really speaks volumes for the store and it’s employees. I crave the thought of that big cheese pizza and those garlic knows. Thank you Big Sam. Thank you <3.
