Amazing! First time customer. Went to new location on Route 30. You now have a customer forever. Food was outstanding. Drinks poured perfectly. Service was fantastic. Family friendly environment. Great for games. As we were eating Big Sammie himself came around asking every table if everything was ok. He was sincere and genuine. You don’t see this EVER. We will be back. Went to the downtown location today. Waited 20 minutes for my food when the slogan is “fresh and fast.” After waiting, I received the sandwich and the bread was rock hard, I couldn’t even chew it. Extremely disappointed.

I am Italian, grandparents from Italy… hubs picked up salad, lasagna and arancini ball…. The Arancini ball is the best I have ever had! It’s homemade cheese Lasagna was a huge portion I had half saved the other next day! We own a lawfirm across the street and for years I said we need a place just to grab a salad, sandwich something great… Big Sammy’s it is!!! Love it!! My husband is hooked (a madagan!)
