Over priced taco bell/dell taco. A subway version of a taco shop. If you order a taco, they walk down the line and add what you want, same for the rest of the food. If you like a unique salsa or hot sauce, forget it. Its all store bought stuff. Not a fan of this place at all. Neither will you if you want authentic Mexican. On the plus side the tacos were edible. However, looking at the reviews it looks like they a good job on the bowls. If you want a good old fashioned carne asada burrito and some street tacos, the only place you’ll find close by is Chapparos.

I went there expecting a cheap Chipotle Rip off… Who would of guessed that is the opposite of what I got! I consider Chipotle the rip-off of my brand new favorite restaurant the Big Burrito Company (BBC for short). Service was amazing as I was able to order my meal of cheese, ranch, side of beans, more ranch, and ground beef in a corn tortilla drizzled in a ranch sauce. The place is beautiful decorated in a warm mind-bending beige color. I liked that they stuck to playing the song “Funky Town” by Lipps Inc. on repeat the entire time I was there. It really clears the mind. The view is impressive with a clear shot into the vase streets of modern suburban America. The only beef I have with the restaurant is that they didn’t place enough ranch on my burrito bowl when I asked for it.

Burrito was mid. Not very much flavor. Would be better if there was more flavor in the food itself. My biggest concerns were that the place wasn’t being well managed. It’s hard for someone to come back to a place where the workers aren’t competent with their costumers. Seems like they don’t care.

While the food tastes good enough and people friendly, poor packaging and presentation will hurt this company. Quesadilla only half full, halfway out the box. Burrito wasn’t even fully wrapped in the tin foil. It was not busy. Just sloppy for whatever the reason they have is. Won’t be back for quite some time. Moving to a more central place in town won’t help your store succeed if you can’t even make the food well and with halfway decent presentation.

Had lunch in Yankton today at River City burrito. When I walked in there were 14 people in line, eight of them left because the line wasn’t moving. The Young man that waited on me was friendly enough but just not competent in his job. He would be an excellent employee if he were just trained. When he asked questions the gal that was working with him barely gave him an answer. Also, please train your staff to change their gloves after handling money. Never saw either of them change their gloves. I realize that help is hard to find but truly you have good help, just spend the time training them.

The staff is very rude and there were two dead flies sitting in the open food. When I said something they said we keep the kids open all the time for faster service. It was disgusting and then they threw the flies away and continued to make food where the flies were. Disgusting

i give 1 star for the friendly service, the food deserves no stars. at 15 dollars a burrito, absolutely rancid! no flavor, not done right and the salsa they claim to be famous has no place other than in a dumpster. i wish the folks there well and maybe they will eventually get it together. please, save your money and go elsewhere……i was very unhappy with my first experience there…and was my last for sure! there are far better burrito joints at half the price for burritos same size or bigger. good luck on your hunt for the better burrito!

It’s been hit or miss, but with more hits. The burritos and bowls are good. I’ve gotten stale and undercooked rice from here a couple of times. Parking here can be a nightmare for full-size vehicles. Staff is friendly and helpful. I haven’t used the facilities there, so I can’t comment on the cleanliness. Overall, it’s a good place for a quick lunch. Very similar to Chipotle.

I would say to save your money and eat a better burrito elsewhere. Nothing ‘bad’, but i paid 21 dollars for a half full bowl, little bag of chips and soda? insane! and the flavor is just not there.

The worker was extremely rude. They gave us broken to go boxes for our “burrito bowls”. After we found out they were broken they gave us a bag so it didn’t drip on us. It was sloppy and gross inside. Highly unimpressed.
