Had my first Big O experience today. I really enjoyed it. Brisket, pulled chicken, yams, baked beans, and cornbread. Everything was delicious. Great customer service as well.

I was in the area, the reviews were great so I had high expectations. I ordered the Big Mark Sampler for takeout. Rib tips, pulled, chicken, pulled pork, sausage, Mac and cheese, beans and peach cobbler for dessert.

This was our 2nd visit and we were in post lunch rush as we were the only ones at the restaurant. We were taking our food to go for a picnic. We placed our placed our order and my wife had a few special requests for her order and the man taking her order was attentive to her requests. When our food was ready he even verified everything was to our liking before bagging it up for us to leave. Our food was delicious especially the fries as they had added more spice than the traditional salt. This establishment proudly serves Coca-Cola.

You’ll pay first and wonder why it’s a little pricier than other places, but then you’ll take your first bite and not care what it costs. Wow! That was worth every penny! We had: Classic Burger, philly burger, ribs, pulled pork, fries, coleslaw, and mac n cheese.

Definaly a great value for the $. The rib tips were great but that saginaw Byrd Is something special growing up in the south i didnt have high expectation for the cornbread or greens but i was wrong way better than i thought it would be. Great service friendly staff who cares about their customer. Was a bit of a wait but they had a large family in right before us. The store itself is cool and unique, will be back for more.
