Korean corndogs! They basically have 4 main styles and a couple of options for the inside. The cheese is really good and very stretchy when bitting in. They have a couple other side dishes as dumplings, sesame chicken, tataboki etc. And they have some canned or bottle drink options. The spicy corndog is VERY spicy! Warning⚠️ it’s good just not for the weak.

As a Korean food fan, I used to frequent Bowl Express and indulge in their 12-page Korean Comfort Food Menu. However, I was not aware of their menu change and new focus: Korean-style Hot Dogs. I finally Lunched at Big Mom’s House – and it did not disappoint. I fought against my reflex to order my usual Kalbi or Bibimbop with an extra side of Kimchi and ordered a Crispy Ramen Hot Dogs. I marvelled at how much weight my Entree was. Also, I did not realize that it had a healthy(?) dusting off sugar on it as well. It was DELICIOUS, especially with sweet chili sauce. Big Mom asked if I had ever eaten there before and I kept saying that I loved her Kalbi and Mandu (Korean Dumplings), but for some reason, I kept saying kimchi. Because of my usual tongue-tiedness, she sent me home with a side of Kimchi carefully wrapped in cling film so as to not stinkup my car with its pungent smell.

Great food! walked in, the lady working (who i assume is the owner) was so nice! when we got our food we took it home and ate it and it was amazing. just a heads up, they do put sugar on the outside for anyone who may be sugar free. we tried ours with the sweet chili sauce and it was a 10/10

A friend and I stopped here for lunch today and could not have been happier. The Korean corn dogs are out of this world, we both ordered potato and cheese and they were delicious, and one dog is plenty for a meal. We also ordered a dumpling appetizer and it was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant itself is very clean with comfortable seating, and the service was perfect. This is a hidden gem that more people need to discover.

As a corndog aficionado, the concept was super! The range of styles was very fun, though personally I could totally do without the sugar coating as it dominated the flavors.

Had the Korean style corn dogs: one original mozzarella cheese and a half & half chili dog. Both were delicious. I hadn’t anticipated the sugar that was sprinkled on their exterior, so if you’re avoiding sugar, remind yourself that you’re eating a corn dog after all.

Recently moved back up here from TX. Had a hard time finding all of the Korean foods I loved but then I found big moms. I’ve come back almost monthly since I noticed it. The service is great, the women who I assume is “big moms” is a gem. And the kdogs are amazing everytime.

Amazing service, speed, and oh. My. Lord. Drop dead food! I specifically searched for this type of food for the memory of “cheese on a stick” from local fairs years ago. This could not be overstated enough. You would actively be taking away an amazing experience from yourself if you DONT try it at least once. Absolutely will be back a million times over.
