Drove to metz WV for a pickup bed and while using Google maps saw the name. Big Momma Pizzeria I thought now that sounds like some good pizza. So we picked up the bed. And stopped on way home. Very good pizza! We had a Supreme and a Pepperoni pizza. Also got some wings. The pizza was tasty; good crust, good sauce, and they didn’t skimp on toppings. The wings were supposed to be BBQ. There were a dozen in the box, and it looked as though they had been set in there and then some BBQ sauce was squirted on them. When you sauce wings, generally you put them in a bowl and toss them so that they’re evenly coated. That didn’t happen, but it’s a minor quibble; the wings were good, just not sauced right. We’ll be back next time we want pizza.

Ever since the store has moved to a new building the quality and customer service has been atrocious to say the least. I’ve had several problems with the store since they hired more kids. Incorrect delivery orders, missing items, non cut pizza, etc. I just tried to place an order thus evening where a male said ” big mamas hold” then proceeded to hold me for 14 minutes and went to talk with his Co workers. He came back and hung up on me without checking if I was there. This is obviously the hold tactic many lazy workers use to avoid working. He could hear me and my fiance talking that very second to each other when he clicked us. I find it disrespectful that kids can’t do such basic things like talk to a customer or read a piece of paper stating what they ordered. Of course like all restaurants nothing will ever be done about this. I have made this review on a trash account to avoid future orders being spit on or trashed. It’s not like I’m going to eat at McDonald’s, they are trash too.
