The service was good. The pizza is thin. And that’s where the good points end. They cover their pizza in oregano which I wish i knew beforehand so I could order it without. Their wings, which I thought were fried, I ordered extra extra crispy and they were rubber. The fried Mac and cheese was disgusting. The texture of the cheese looks like scrambled egg or something and it’s definitely not creamy or cheesy. It has an awful smell and a bitter taste. I couldn’t even eat it. How anyone thinks this is good is beyond me. If you just wanted pizza it’s a 2.5 out of 5. If you wanted crispy wings to go with it, it’s a 0 out of 5.

Michaela provided a level of professional customer service that set Big Mike’s apart from other pizzerias right from the start. She recommended the cheesecake, I got the Key Lime and it was amazing. We also got a medium half cheese / half pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks. Pizza was delicious, not too thin, not too thick… Great blend of cheese and sauce, my fiance and I loved both! The atmosphere is very inviting while inside, everyone was super friendly and the establishment was very clean. Highly Recommended, will be back for more on our next trip! Thanks @ All of you 🙂

It’s a nice pizzeria in the Venice area. Decided to have dinner from here. The staff were nice and friendly, clean, nice seating area, and great pizza and dessert! The pizza was good and the cheesecakes are yummy! Worth to have a nice dinner here if you want some pizza!

I was hesitant at first to write this review and decided to give Big Mike’s another chance. After giving Big Mike’s another chance I really felt that this review has to be made. I had always been a long time patron of this establishment since it had opened its doors. Recently my family had dined in and usually service is great and welcoming. Unfortunately this was not the case. The restaurant was steady but not overly busy. Our server was inattentive and we felt that our being there was a bother to her. We watched other servers laughing and talking with their patrons/tables-not ours. We noticed our server preferred to be in the kitchen/register area laughing and conversing with co-workers while we watched other servers filling up empty drink cups and checking on their tables and ours sat empty. The pizza came out irregular shaped and the dough was so thin towards the center that it was soggy. We paid our bill and left.

These guys are always amazing. Their white pizza is delicious and the garlic bread with cheese is the best one I’ve ever had. The employees are super nice and we’ve never had a single bad experience at this location. Hands down my favorite pizza spot around.

This was our second time visiting this place. The service was good despite being super busy. I ordered jalapeno poppers that were still frozen inside when brought to the table, but the staff were quick to fix the issue and take them off of our bill. The pizza here is great. I tried the margherita pizza which I discovered fresh whole leaf basil is not for me. The fresh tomatoes on top were great though. I also had their Caesar salad, and the Caesar dressing was so good and fresh! My mother-in-law had the lasagna which she loved. Overall, a great place for pizza, garlic knots, and fresh salad!

We’re vacationing from Ohio and wanted to try a local place. We had a regular pep, gluten free pep and cheesecake. The pizzas were both very good. They had just the right amount of sauce and cheese. You can tell the crust was homemade, it had a good flavor. The cheesecake was amazing also. When back in town, we’ll definitely try again.
