i am not one to get burgers at fast food places because I always find them super dry and small. big mikes burgers are always so fresh and made amazing!! fries are good too and everyone there is so nice!!

Talk about fast and quality food! I was in and out of line in less than a minute. While all the food is delicious, those fries may be the best fries I’ve ever had! Very friendly staff and great overall experience. I’d highly recommend!

More like 3.5 if I’m being honest. Fries were soggyundercooked and there was no sear or crispiness to the smash burger.

So good! Got the Hungry Mike to share with some friends and I thought it was an amazing value for all the food we got. Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!! Service was very friendly and was out of there in five minutes!! Please go if you haven’t, you’re missing out!!
