Delivery was pretty quick but food was not warm. Only reason why I give it two stars is because the lady who delivered the pizza just basically threw the boxes on the counter and when the front desked asked her who it was for she said “ i dont know look at the ticket “ in a nasty attitude. If you dont want to work or arent having a good day dont go to work ! Simple as that , why do you have to be so rude. Then secondly it was supposed to be 3 cheese slices and 1 ham and they put 2 & 2 . Other than that the pizza was pretty good.

This place is awesome. Not only is the staff super nice and accommodating (we came with a group of 9) but the food is so good. Portions are large & the pizza dough is made fresh when you order it. It was cooked to perfection, crust was fluffy & toppings were generous. The new owner (as of 6 months ago) is incredibly friendly and very funny. She’s updating the menu and giving this place new life! Totally recommend!

Horrible, rude, and canceled my order. The staff lied and told me they called me on multiple occasions regarding my order. I literally waited 2 hours for my food and nothing! The cancelation was over a slice of pizza because they dont sell slices after 4 pm!! Mind you my order was $40.00. I have ordered many times previously! Tip them well and slaming the phone on the customer who has been a regular customer is rude and unprofessional! Stay away! Go spend your money where you will be treated with respect!

I think your pizza is very good. However, your garlic rolls are the worst of any pizza restaurant I have ever been to. I have been going to your restaurant for several years and have always been very disappointed with your rolls. It would be to your benefit to make good garlic rolls and you would sell more and it would encourage people like me to come back more often.

Big Louis has gone down in quality since the last two times I’ve eaten there. How are garlic rolls dry and hard and missing garlic? I paid $2 extra for broccoli instead of pasta and sure enough I get pasta thrown on top of 4 tiny pieces of broccoli. $17 for 1 meal. On top of that the two girls working the register and cook call out my name to pick up my order in a mocking manner. How can this business allow their employees to treat customers like that! It’s sad, I’ve been going to Big Louis for years, I hope they get their act together!!

We’ve tried Louie’s 3 times and it’s always the same. To be fair I’m a thin crust, lighter pizza kinda guy. So to me my assessment is that this is a dough forward, heavy, greasy cheese pizza. To me it’s a pass. 2.5 stars for being a community place but it’s not for me. #floppy

So first off the delivery lady curses at me every time she makes my delivery even though she comes frequently she has a problem getting in the gate (only her)so the last time she cursed at me I called the store and was met with pure hostility to make matters worst I opened the pizza box and there was a large wet leaf on one of the slices I asked about it more hostility she said the sauce has basil in it and that’s were the leaf comes in which at this point was grossing me out no apologies she cursed me out and said she was banning me from any more deliveries SMH customer service has definitely left the building.
