We ordered a deluxe burger about an hour before the game on 7/16/23 because it had pickles (plural) and a tomato slice. We got one tiny pickle slice, no tomato. I returned to the counter to get it corrected and was informed they were “Out of tomatoes. Sorry. Have a nice day.” I paid $3.00 for one slice of pickle on a hamburger that on a scale of 1-10 rated 2. They didn’t offer anything to offset this rip off! I will NEVER purchase food from Big League Burgers again, it’s a rip off!

Horribly slow and completely disoragnized. We waited 20 minutes for two burgers and a garlic fry. Many other people were waiting as well. Burgers were burned to top it off. Avoid at all costs.
