The Crushingtons
We stayed at this resort! We had such a great time. We even got to see an alligator in the small pond behind the unit we were in. Great, friendly staff, beautifully maintained resort with lots to do on property! The Big Kahuna being a great one! We were fortunate enough to witness some of the best karaoke!! Great place, highly recommend!!

Very friendly worker, she made the best paradise punch tropical drink! The nacho appetizer was loaded and huge, enough to feed 2 people. The pool area was a gorgeous view while eating lunch.

Not bad overall for the location and minimal staff that service all the guests staying at the resort. It’s a convenient location near the large heated pool and jacuzzi. There is live music or a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights as well.

This place is a surprise. It is overpriced as expected HOWEVER the food is yummy and fast and decent portions. Will the bartender/server is super friendly and very accommodating “I can make whatever you want” I heard him be kind to kids just coming up for glasses of ice. What a great spot!!!!

The evening service was a bit better than the afternoon. The afternoon service focused on the customers walking up to order drinks and food and totally forgot about the guests sitting at the bat to eat and drink. The food was good for bar food, nothing exciting though. If you’re at the resort, and just don’t want to cook or leave for food, it’ll do the trick.

Stayed at Summer Bay Resort where Big Kahuna Bar & Grille is located….I was very impressed with the heightened level of customer service and the pace at which the servers and bartenders work. The food was great!

Even the gate was hard to get through and nobody tells you ahead of time that it don’t take cash.. And you have to use your ticket from the hotel.. Standing At the counter to order your food has nothing to do whether or not you get served.. I think it’s whoever’s the loudest and gets the server’s attention next. It was very busy.. And most of the tables and counters were Occupied already. It was not a good experience..
