This is the worse place we have ever ordered from. The order was over an hour late and once the pizza did get here the craked out driver wouldn’t even deliver the pizza to the room and made us meet her at the lobby. Where she handed over our family meal 2 pizzas, lasagna, spaghetti and wings. I guess she seat on it the pizza boxes was crushed and she spaghetti bowl had been pushed so far into the lasagna bowl that it looked like only one bowl at first. Once we got it to the room and opened it up it was the worst pizza i had ever seen. It was so cold you would have thought it just came out the fridge. And there was black mold all over the bottom of the pizza dough. Lasagna and spaghetti and wings was even worse then that wigs was bloody none of it was good called the store asked to speak with manager and got EJ witch stated was a manager. Asked for refund and he tell he would refund out 45$ but it would take an hour because it had to be approved by a manager? Witch he stated he was when got on the phone. And now its the next day and still no refund. So i will be delivering there pizza back to them at the store this morning requesting yet again a refund. This is the worse place i have ever dealt with. Please save your money we ended up having to go to sonic just to get dinner.

Pizza was burnt and cold, wings had no flavor and was dry. Order was over an hour late. We had to call 3 times. Hotel should not allow flyers to be put under the doors. Only good things is they did refund our order. But food was not even editable. Not really wanting to have to leave and get something we ended up having to anyway. Should have looked at reviews first.

Noticed bad reviews but still took a chance. Waited almost 2 hours, and when we received it, 2 pizzas one topping each, 1 spaghetti, 10 wings, and 1 lasagna. The wings were chicken nugget crumbs burnt and hard with no chicken in the inside. Spaghetti was non edible tasted like it was out of a can. The pizza was missing a piece, so thin it broke when trying to eat it, and you couldn’t even taste the cheese or find the pepperoni, the only good thing I can say is the crust was good. I think we were so hungry it was the best. The pictures on the Menu look nothing like the food. I do not recommend this pizza place. I rated it a 1 for the crust but zero for the wait, and a negative zero for the Spaghetti and chicken wings. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Visiting Texas and thought eat local bad choice. We just wasted money, time and food.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have NEVER had a pizza so burnt that the cheese crunched! This was the worst pizza I have ever seen or tasted! I was disgusted and said whatever, until my husband said he paid $30 for this trash. Now I think I’d like a refund. You’ve gotta be special to burn a pizza and all toppings that bad! Never again.

I had a pending charge of $70.31. Now I have a pending charge of $80.31! They added an extra $10 on me for nothing! I bet they wouldn’t think that I’d check my online bank transactions. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ONLINE BANK TRANSACTIONS! THIS RESTAURANT STEALS YOUR MONEY. They are crooks. They should be shut down. The pizza is not even good. It’s super thin and not cheesy at all. We ordered delivery at the hotel and they didn’t even bring it up to our room. My husband had to meet them in the lobby. We answered to the flyer someone left under our hotel door. That was a big mistake! Please don’t make the same mistake I did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

The “large” pizza is pretty small. The salad came warm and they forgot the dressing. They leave these flyers in the hotel rooms here, but had a hard time finding us and didn’t provide paper plates, which would have been nice. The delivery and card fees made the price outrageous. 10/10 do not recommend.

The flyer was placed under out hotel room door, so we took a chance on ordering. The delivery took about one hour. The pizza was soggy. The wings were very hard and looked like they had been prepared earlier that day. We could not eat the food. I called to share my concerns and had to call at least four times. The person who takes orders said they would remake the order. We are still waiting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT KEEP THE FLYER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Ordered from a hotel after seeing the flyer under our door. After being out in the sun all day we really didn’t want to go back out to eat so we decided to order from here. Whoever answered the phone was super rude, just kept cutting me off and had no phone etiquette whatsoever. I was tempted to just hang up but me and my kiddos were really hungry and tired. We ordered the family special. I got a call an hour later from the driver saying he was 5 min away and would meet me in the lobby. I thought that was odd as anytime I’ve ordered from a hotel they normally bring it to your door. The pizzas were really cold. The lasagna and spaghetti were in paper bags and were soaked with condensation and just make the food smell bad. They also gave me the wrong dressing. No plastic ware for our spaghetti and lasagna and no breadsticks as advertised on their flyer. I would not recommend this place especially for visitors.

Based on the previous reviews, I reluctantly ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni & Canadian bacon. It’s currently Thanksgiving evening, I was hungry for something besides turkey. They took my order and gave me a 15 minute wait time, I live about 5 minutes away. I arrived on time, pizza was hot and ready, not the best pizza but still had decent flavor and it only cost $5.78. For what it is: close by, open on a major holiday, decent pie and price point, I would definitely order again. My craving is satisfied .
