It’s cold and rainy today and I was so hungry so I saw the inviting signs from big Italy pizza on route 112 in Medford. On my way home and I went inside. The place is so charming, small, but cozy. The best part, however, is the food. Hot hot fresh pizza and very big slices. I’m so glad I stopped in there and I hope you do too thank you guys you were so friendly and made me feel right at home.

Very nice and cozy place, albeit a little small. Everyone is very polite and the pizza (I got pepperoni) is delicious. One minor thing is I ordered 10 garlic knots as was charged $5.20 for them, while their menu (online and physical) says 12 pieces are $4.95. Not a big deal, but be aware that the menu prices may be off. Also, the knots didn’t seem to have much garlic on them. But that may be just my personal preference. Either way, the pizza is very good!

I really wanted to love my Grandma pie, but was left disappointed. The garlic was not even soft, the cheese wasn’t melted and the pie was extremely small.

Pass this place everyday so decided to stop in on my way home from work and I’m glad I did. I grabbed 2 slices one plain and one chicken bacon ranch. Took one bite of the chicken bacon ranch and it had an awesome crunch to it so I was immediately sold! Perfectly well done without being burnt. Perfect amount of topping and not overdone on the ranch which I like aswell. What a cool little place this was. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and I’ll be sure to tell others to check them out!

I have driven past this place for years and I finally stopped this evening !!! Woah was i blown away !!!!! This is my new fav spot the slices were HUGE and the atmosphere was top notch the back section is so quaint and perfect !!! The staff was so nice this is legit !!! 10 out of ten recommend!!!!

Total let down I was super hungry ordered $65 worth of food and was told approximately 40 minutes. An hour and 45 minutes later, I call them to say forget it- I’m ordering somewhere else because I don’t want cold food and it’s going on 2 hours. I’m done waiting and the girl on the phone gets an attitude with me and assures me they are close by. NEVER AGAIN! I had even gave them my phone number to call if they were having issues finding me and nobody called. No excuses they just don’t care I guess.

Wow. I love this place. This is my new spot. The people there make you feel right at home and the food is amazing. Best garlic knots I’ve ever had. I got to meet Lisa, Mike, Frank and Antonette, and for me to remember peoples names when I have the worst memory, says a lot. Great experience. Thanks!
