The food was good. It was a regular breakfast diner with a bunch of options so come hungry. The food came out fairly fast and the staff was friendly. I sat at the bar area next to the kitchen and the lady’s cooking back there were loud and arguing about race, name calling and other stuff. It got frustrating. If it wasn’t for the two waitresses with kindness and great service I would have given this place a 3. The locals were happy, and it felt like they were norms, and that made the place feel inviting. The food was good I just wish the corned beef was sliced thicker than paper. All in all it was a good breakfast spot.

I would give this place 21/2 stars. The good was good. Nice atmosphere. But the fishes were dirty. There was even a flu in my drink. Of course she didn’t make me pay for it.

First time customer, and definitely will not be a returning customer. Avoid the Big Egg, take your business to ANY other diner.

Ordered breakfast through ubereats. Ordered chocolate chip pancakes, smothered hashbrowns, and a coffee. Notes asked for utensils to be added, cream and sugar for coffee, and a few syrup packets for the pancakes. I was charged an additional $2 for the addons.

Chicken and waffles are HUGE… half chicken, the breading is great.

We sat down and in one minute she asked if we were ready to order. Uh…no. We just sat down. She left and didn’t come back! We had to tell the hostess to get her. When she came she was apologetic. Ordered, got our food… it was awesome! Classic American breakfast. Good portions. Reasonable prices. Left a good tip.

It took a couple of minutes for anyone to come out from the back to seat us. Chairs make a loud noise when pulling them out from the table on the hard floor. Omelettes were small and not real fluffy or tasty. Pancake was small, compared to other restaurants. Charged $1 more for sourdough toast. Coffee was okay but not great. Sign near cash register said a 4 percent surcharge would be added if you didn’t pay cash. We don’t plan to go back there, as other restaurants serve a better breakfast with better service.

A nice little place. If you like a nice quiet lunch this is your place. Coffee never runs out and food is pretty good too.

Reasonable prices, quick and friendly service, clean and modern surroundings, and the food is quite good too. A great place to grab a quick bite. The menu covers just about everything one expects in a place like this and breakfast items are served all day.
